These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Pure Vitality Coaching FZCO ("Company", "we", "us") and the client ("Client", "you"). By booking a coaching session or purchasing a package, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Pure Vitality Coaching FZCO provides coaching services in the fields of vitality and lifestyle. Coaching is a collaborative process and the results depend on the Client's commitment and actions.

2. Professional & Health Disclaimer

Pure Vitality Coaching FZCO provides coaching and educational services only. Our services, programs, and materials are not intended as, and shall not be understood or construed as, medical or professional health advice.

  • No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Use of our services does not create a doctor-patient relationship.

  • Not a Substitute: Coaching is not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical professional. Always consult with your physician before starting any new diet, exercise, or lifestyle program. Persons with diagnosed mental health conditions (depression, PTSD, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, etc.) must consult a doctor before starting with coaching services and are strongly advised to obtain medical clearence before doing so. By enrolling in coaching, clients confirm that they have either fulfilled this requirement or that no such condition applies to them. 

  • Personal Responsibility: The Client acknowledges that they take full responsibility for their health and well-being and any decisions made based on the coaching process. Pure Vitality Coaching FZCO is not liable for any physical or mental health issues arising from the implementation of the information provided.

3. Disclaimer for Financial Decisions

  • The services provided by Pure Vitality Coaching FZCO are intended solely for personal development, particularly in the areas of mental, emotional, and body coaching. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

  • All content, guidance, and recommendations offered Pure Vitality Coaching FZCO are intended to support individual decision-making. The client retains full responsibility for any decisions made, especially those with financial implications.

  • Pure Vitality Coaching FZCO shall not be held liable for any financial losses or other damages incurred as a result of decisions or actions taken by the client based on the coaching services.

4. Booking and Payment

  • All sessions must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments are processed in USD (United States Dollar) as specified on the invoice.

  • The Company reserves the right to suspend services if payments are overdue.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

To ensure a professional workflow, we apply the following policy:

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no extra cost.

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged at 100% of the session fee.

  • No-Show: If the Client does not show up for a scheduled session, the session will be forfeited and not refunded.

6. Termination of Coaching Packages

  • Coaching packages (e.g., Mentorship Plan, 3-month programs) are generally non-refundable once the first session has commenced.

  • Unused sessions in a package expire 12 months after the date of purchase.

7. Confidentiality

The Company agrees to keep all information shared by the Client strictly confidential, except as required by UAE law or with the Client's explicit consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (worksheets, guides, videos) are the intellectual property of Pure Vitality Coaching FZCO and are for the Client's personal use only. Distribution or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Pure Vitality Coaching FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.

10. Age Requirement

Coaching services are available only to individuals aged 18 years or older. Participants under the age of 18 must have the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian before accessing any coaching services.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts (or the DIFC Small Claims Tribunal for DIFC-related matters).
